You have just broken a product recently purchased on our site and want to know if it is possible to make the warranty work? You are at the right place!
First of all, you should know that most of our products and spare parts are destined to wear out because of their use (skateboard, freestyle scooter, roller, etc...), so their life span is limited. However, if you notice that your product is damaged or broken quickly, without having made a too abusive use, it may sometimes be possible to make the manufacturer's warranty work.
If you are in this case, do not hesitate to contact us by transmitting all the necessary elements (photos, explanations) so that we can make go up the problem to the manufacturer.
Nevertheless, please note that :
- The warranty periods are not the same for all suppliers
- The delays can vary according to the different parts even within the same brand
- The warranty can work only if the product is not abused and at the goodwill of the manufacturer
- Some products do not have a manufacturer's warranty
- Processing times can sometimes take a long time and we are not responsible for this, please be patient
