How do I change or cancel my order?

You realized that you bought the wrong item (wrong size, color, size ... etc.), you changed your mind, you want to cancel your order or you forgot to add an item during your checkout? No worries, several options are available to you.

If your order has not yet been shipped:

• Waiting for restocking

If your order has already been shipped:

Your order has already been shipped if its status is (learn more about the different order statuses):

• In the process of being shipped
• Given to the carrier
• Shipped
• Delivered

If you wish to cancel or modify the order, please refer to the returns and refunds procedures.

If you wish to add an item, unfortunately you will have to place a new order.
