You wish to know all the modalities of refund, exchange?
Dear customers, know that you have the right to withdraw within 100 days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you and ask for a refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs unless we make an error.
This period of retraction is valid only for mail order and for new items. In case of return, Roller'n co will offer you a refund, an exchange or a credit note.
For promotional items, the withdrawal period is 14 days as stipulated in Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code.

The terms of exchange or refund :
When you make the return request and it is accepted, you receive a return form by email with all the information to send back your product(s).
In the document "Return of goods" you are asked to indicate the reason for your return with the following proposal:
- "The size does not fit"
- "I changed my mind",
- "I received the wrong item".
NB : You must check the box corresponding to your reason for return.
You will be asked what type of refund you want:
- "Product exchange"
- "Have"
- "Refund of the item(s)"
NB : You must also check the box corresponding to the desired refund.
If you choose an exchange, you must enter the reference of the product(s) to be sent to us and read the conditions at the bottom of the page.
Once you have read and filled in this form, you must return your package to our store at the adress mentionned in the document.
As soon as we receive your package, we will inform you by e-mail. We will then be able to process your refund request (it may take a fex days to appeare in your bank account).
