Dear customers, you have not yet received your order? Don't worry, there must be an explanation.
Your order has not been shipped yet
If the status of your order is in :
- Payment accepted
- In the process of being prepared
- Waiting for bank transfer
- Waiting for restocking
Your order has not been shipped yet and should be shipped soon (learn more about the different order statuses).
Your order has already been shipped
If the status of your order is in :
- Shipped
- In the process of being shipped
- Given to the carrier
Your order has already been shipped or will soon be delivered to the carrier, so you need to track your package directly from the carrier's portal (see: How to track my package).
On the carrier's portal, if the package is marked as :
- Not yet delivered (Taken in charge by the carrier, in the course of delivery...): your parcel should be delivered soon, do not hesitate to follow each stage of the delivery via the portal of the carrier to be kept informed in real time.
- Delivered: please check if your parcel has not arrived (in your chosen relay point or at your home), if this is not the case, contact directly the carrier in question (Colissimo, Chronopost or DPD) with your tracking number. If you do not have a conclusive answer from the carrier, please contact us, we will file a claim for you.
