You have placed an order on your Roller'N Co website and you don't know how you can track your package?
All the information relating to the follow-up of the parcels are explained to you here.
How can I track my package?
In your Customer Area :
- Click the "My Account" ("Connexion" if your not login) which is located on the top right of the website to the left of the "Shopping Cart" section.
- Click on the "Order History and Details" section.
- You then have all your orders with their reference, date of purchase, amount, payment used and its status.
- Click on "Details" to the right of your order line.
- You can now track your package step by step by clicking on the link below "Click on the following link to track the delivery of your order". With your tracking number and this link you will be able to follow your package.
By E-mail :
- You are automatically kept informed of changes and tracking by mail and sms by the carrier.
I can't find my tracking number :
- Check if your order has been delivered by referring to the different order status.
- If your order has been shipped but you still cannot find your tracking number, please contact us.
