You have 4 possibilities of delivery : 

• Chronopost (FRANCE)
• Colissimo (INTERNATIONAL)
• DPD domicile : for products out of format (field hockey stick)
• Click and collect : store

NB : The shipping time of your order may take up to one business day. This is the time it takes to prepare your package.

In relay point :

• Price : 6.95 € (Free shipping over 70€ in metropolitan France only) 
• Delivery times: For any order placed before 11am, the package is delivered the next day before 1pm in the Pickup point of your choice.

At home :

• Price : 14.90 €.
• Delivery time: For any order placed before 11am, package delivered the next day before 1pm to your home.

Colissimo :

In relay point :

• Price : 6.95 € for France (Free shipping over 70€ in metropolitan France only) 
• Delivery at the post office, in Pickup relays & Pickup Station lockers.

At home :

• Price : 7,95 € for France
• Home delivery against signature

Colissimo delivery time :

• Average delivery time for France: 2 days  
• Delays Europe : 3 - 7 days 
• Maximum time World : 4 - 11 days

DPD :

At home :

• Price : 8,90 € for France
• Available for products out of format (hockey stick)
• Delivery at home 

DPD delivery time :

• Average delay for France : 2 days
• Average delivery time for Europe : 2-6 working days depending on the destination (excluding customs time)

Pick up in store :

• Price : Free
• Pick up your order in your Roller'N Co store in Marseille ! (After receiving the email confirming that it is ready)

You have the possibility to know the shipping time of your parcel on each product sheet ("calculate shipping cost"), but also during the order process when you choose your delivery method.

Roller'n co makes every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the time provided. Nevertheless, we can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of a package caused by a third party or yourself or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause constituting a case of force majeure.

Attention : we invite you to check the condition of your package with the carrier before validation. 

During the verification with the deliveryman, if your package is opened or damaged, we invite you to refuse the package and to contact us. If you do not check with the deliveryman, if a product is damaged or missing, we will not be able to take into account your requests.
