How do I use my Roller'n Co gift card / credit ?

Dear customers, you have a gift card, a Roller'N Co credit, or a promotional code and you don't know how to use it? 

  • First of all, the gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. For all occasions, you are sure to please!
  • In a second time, the promotional codes and the Roller'N Co credits will have to be added manually by you. 

Characteristics of the gift cards, promotional codes, credits: 

  • Usable in store and on the site
  • NON REFUNDABLE

NB, Print yourself: If you place an order only for a gift card and you wish to print it directly from your home via the explanatory PDF (sent automatically by email at the end of the payment), choose the Pick up in store to avoid having to pay the shipping costs.

How to have all the information related to my gift card and/or my Roller'N Co credit ? 

You must go to our website and log in to your customer area.

Do you want to know where you can find your gift card with the code, the expiry date and what balance you have? Then you can :

  • Go to "My account" and click on "Gift card". You will find all the information you need.
  • If your code is crossed out, this means that you have already used up the balance on your card.

If you want to know the code of your credit/promotional code Roller'n Co you can : 

  • Go to "My account" and then to "Coupons".

How to use my gift card, my promotional code, or my credit ? 

If you are on our website :

Possibility 1:

  • Once you have finished shopping, click on the "Cart" section at the top right of the website.
  • You will then see a summary of the items you wish to purchase. 
  • Underneath the price of your order on the right-hand side of your window you will find the following message: "Do you have a promotional code? 
  • Click on "Do you have a promotional code ? You will be able to enter either the "activation code" of your gift card which is located on the back of the card, or a promo code or your credit code.

Possibility 2:

  • When you place your order you will see a summary of your items and you can enter your code, activation key, credit below the price of your order.
  • To do this you must press "Do you have a coupon code?". The process is identical and can be done at any time during the confirmation stage of your order.

If you are in store : 

  • During your purchase you must give the salesperson either your promo code, your gift card, your Roller'N Co credit code.
