Dear customers, do you have a problem with your delivery or billing address? Do you want to change it? Or do you want to add a new one?
There is no problem you can change an existing address or add a new one. But first, you have to go to our website and connect to your customer area.
There are two possibilities :
Possibility 1:
- First you must press the "My Account" section which is located on the top right of the website to the left of the "Cart" section.
- Once you are in your customer area you must click on the heading "Address".
- Now you just have to change, modify, delete your address or add a new one.
Possibility 2:
- During your order at the 2nd step of the purchase process you can change, add a new address directly when you are summarized your order.
NB : In both possibilities you have the choice to choose to which address you want to be delivered if you have several. Moreover, you can choose different delivery and billing addresses as well as add new ones.
