I did not receive a confirmation email, why?

Dear customers, the confirmation emails are sent to the address you used to place your order a few minutes after the validation of your payment.

• If you have not received it, check your spam .
• you can also log in to your Roller'N Co customer account and check your "order history and details" to verify that it has been recorded. 
• Go to "My Account" which is located at the top right of the page of the website to the left of the "Cart". 
• Once in your personal space, click on the "Order History and Details" section to verify that your order has been processed.

If your order has been registered and you have not received a confirmation email you can check your email address for this, how to change my email address ?
